Rebecca Chan
Co-Founder and Managing Director
Ms. Chan has extensive experience working at senior levels for international accounting firms and the Stock Exchange. Ms. Chan was formerly a capital market lead partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, KPMG and PricewaterhouseCoopers at different times of her career. She also served as the co-Head of the IPO team and Head of Accounting Affairs team of the Listing Division of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Ms. Chan acted as the Group Financial Officer of a HK Main Board Listed Company.
Ms. Chan’s capital market experience runs across the roles of running a single family office, acting as a regulator, a professional firm’s partner and of a senior management of a commercial corporate. With these different roles, Ms. Chan has been involved in more than 1050 capital market transactions in Hong Kong and overseas.
In Dec 2025, Ms. Chan was appointed as Adjunct Associate Professor and in July 2026, she was also appointed as a member of the Advisory Committee on Optometry of The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
Gary Lam

Mr. Lam has been running business for over 30 years. He is also been practicing in accounting and entrepreneurial advisory for over 30 years and working with clients ranging from listed companies, multinational corporates, to private entities in a broad spectrum of industries and businesses. With his
profound knowledge and experience in corporate services, Gary leverages his expertise for clients particularly in accounting, forensic accounting, merger and acquisitions, and due diligence.
